We aim to provide a fast, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for all our customers purchasing our Best Products. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your order details and tracking information (if available).
- In case of delays due to the high volume of specialized freight orders or stock availability, we will notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
- Deliveries are made to all major cities and regions across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch (note: these are estimates and may vary for large freight items):

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances related to heavy-item freight delivery.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight or size.
- We typically offer FREE shipping on Orders above 500 dirhams within the UAE.
- Orders Below 500 dirhams shipping fee is 100 dirhams within UAE.
- Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed on Checkout page.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress through our courier partner’s website or contact our support team for updates.
6. Delivery Attempts
- If the courier is unable to deliver your order on the first attempt, they may contact you to schedule a new delivery time. A signature is required for all high-value deliveries.
- If delivery fails multiple times due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, your order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Due to the size and value of our products, please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, contact us within 24 hours with photos or a short video, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue quickly—either with a replacement or a refund, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- We only deliver orders within the UAE.
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
