Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your heavy-duty item (Massage Chair or Golf Cart) must meet the following strict conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, undamaged packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Must be returned with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), issued by our team.
Please note: Unlike other stores, we do not have any final sale items. All products purchased from CoolBabyMass are eligible for return within the 7-day window if the above conditions are met.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team via email at coolbabygcc@gmail.com or phone at +971 58 952 2117 within 7 days of your delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Provide your Order Number, product name, and a detailed reason for return.
- Once your return is approved and the RAN is issued, we’ll provide you with the exact return shipping instructions and address.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective, non-damaged returns (often freight for large items).
- Given the size and value of our products, we highly recommend using a trackable and fully insured freight shipping service, as CoolBabyMass is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return transit.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet the eligibility criteria.
Refunds
- Once we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed immediately and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) from the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged item and arrange for a replacement or a full refund as per your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, installed, or visibly damaged after delivery.
- Any product missing its original packaging, manuals, or essential components.
- Custom or personalized products (if applicable to future offerings).

- In case of delays due to the high volume of specialized freight orders or stock availability, we will notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
- Deliveries are made to all major cities and regions across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight or size.
- We typically offer FREE shipping on Orders above 500 dirhams within the UAE. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed on Checkout page.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress through our courier partner’s website or contact our support team for updates.
6. Delivery Attempts
- If the courier is unable to deliver your order on the first attempt, they may contact you to schedule a new delivery time. A signature is required for all high-value deliveries.
- If delivery fails multiple times due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, your order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Due to the size and value of our products, please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, contact us within 24 hours with photos or a short video, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue quickly—either with a replacement or a refund, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- We only deliver orders within the UAE.
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
